Junior Store Assistant - Eden Rise

ALDI is seeking a Junior Store Assistant for its Eden Rise location in Berwick, Victoria. This role is a great entry point into retail for someone looking to build confidence, learn on the job, and be part of a team that helps customers every day.

What you’ll do

• Support shoppers on the floor by helping them locate products and providing friendly service.
• Keep aisles tidy, well-organised, and clean so the store remains presentable.
• Assist in the stockroom by unloading deliveries, unpacking items, and replenishing shelves.
• Help maintain store availability so customers can easily find the products they need.

• Availability to work weekends, after-school shifts between 4 pm and 9 pm, and during school holidays.
• A positive, willing attitude and interest in learning new tasks.
• Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.
• An eye for detail and the ability to notice when displays or stock are not in place.
• A team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for working with others.

Additional information

The pay rate is stated as $17.92 to $21.48 per hour, plus shift allowances, with the exact rate depending on the state and age.
