Role Overview
The company is looking for a customer-focused Junior Sales Executive to work in Dubai. This role is centered on assisting shoppers in the showroom, maintaining strong product awareness, and supporting sales growth through high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors courteously and provide helpful in-store assistance.
- Identify customer requirements and suggest suitable products.
- Work toward personal sales goals as well as showroom-level targets.
- Keep displays tidy, attractive, and well-organized, and maintain the overall presentation of the showroom.
- Respond to customer questions and address complaints quickly and professionally.
- Complete sales billing and transaction handling with accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with inventory and back-office teams to confirm product availability.
- Keep up to date with product introductions, offers, and promotional activity.
Required Profile
- Prior exposure to retail sales or showroom-based selling is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A positive service mindset and customer-first approach.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-moving environment.
- Basic computer knowledge for billing and inventory tools.
- Good command of English; knowledge of Hindi or another Indian language will be an advantage.
- Should be well presented and maintain a professional appearance.
Working Schedule
The role follows a 6-day work week, according to company policy.
