- Coordinate innovation, investment, and optimization projects across production sites while working closely with internal departments and external partners.
- Spot market trends early, evaluate developments, and convert insights into compelling product concepts.
- Present developed concepts confidently in meetings and at conferences.
- Maintain project-related information accurately and keep all relevant data up to date in the company systems.
Candidate Profile
- You have completed a degree with a business-related or food-related focus, or you bring equivalent commercial training.
- You already have initial experience in project management and would like to grow further in this area.
- Experience with SAP is considered an advantage.
- You communicate confidently in both German and English, spoken and written.
- You have strong communication skills, a confident manner, and enjoy working with others.
- You work independently, think in a structured way, and keep control even when projects are moving quickly.
- A genuine interest in chocolate is helpful, as enthusiasm for the product supports creative and motivated innovation work.
Benefits
- Flexible working arrangements, including flexible hours and mobile working options.
- Bicycle leasing.
- Annual holiday pay and Christmas bonus.
- 30 days of annual leave, plus time off on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
- Individual training and development opportunities.
- Modern staff restaurant with subsidy.
- Free parking.
- Company pension scheme.
