About the Company
Consello’s Ireland team advises senior business decision-makers across Ireland, the UK and Europe. With offices in Belfast, Dublin and the mid-west, the business supports clients on complex, high-impact challenges through a range of specialist services.
Its Irish offering includes management consulting and business development, strategic communications and public affairs, leadership development, talent and culture, and creative services. These practices work together to provide joined-up strategic advice backed by experienced leaders with broad operational backgrounds.
The wider organisation also connects to an international network of advisers with extensive real-world industry experience.
About the Role
Because demand is growing across client accounts in the UK, Ireland, the US and the Middle East, the company is looking for an energetic Junior Designer to join its Creative Services team.
In this position, you will help deliver creative work for a varied client base across multiple sectors. You will work with the in-house creative team and communications specialists to produce polished design outputs across presentations, digital content, print, social media and event-related materials.
The role involves supporting both internal and client-facing design work, with particular emphasis on presentations, pitch decks, digital assets, social graphics and broader campaign support. You will also gain exposure to a wide variety of design output, including marketing collateral, internal communications, brand materials, event graphics and digital or print assets.
This opportunity is well suited to a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their design journey who wants to learn in a supportive environment and develop creative, technical and commercial design capability.
The role is mainly based in the Belfast city centre office, with the flexibility to work from home one day each week.
