About the Role

They are looking for a motivated Junior Front-End Developer from the MENA region to join a fully remote team. This role is well suited to someone who wants to create modern websites, work with cross-functional teams, and strengthen front-end skills in a fast-moving healthcare-oriented environment.

What You Will Do

You will contribute to the development, upkeep, and improvement of responsive web experiences for healthcare and medical clients, while also supporting broader digital marketing goals.

• Build and maintain responsive, easy-to-use websites and landing pages.
• Translate design mockups into clean, reusable, and scalable front-end code.
• Help produce digital marketing assets that improve campaign results and user engagement.
• Partner with designers, marketers, and project managers to implement layouts and functionality accurately.
• Assist with front-end updates that improve SEO outcomes, conversion rates, and overall site performance.
• Improve speed, accessibility, and browser compatibility across websites.
• Make sure experiences work smoothly on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Follow current web standards and usability best practices.
• Support website maintenance and enhancements in CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Update content, adjust page templates, and refine layouts when required.
• Find and fix front-end defects and user interface issues.
• Test pages and features across different browsers and devices for consistent performance.
• Keep up with new front-end tools, technologies, and best practices.
• Take part in code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and mentorship activities.
• Continuously improve your technical abilities and contribute to process improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Applicants should have early-career front-end experience along with a solid grasp of core web technologies and collaborative working practices.

• 0–2 years of front-end development experience, including internships, freelance work, academic projects, or personal projects.
• Prior involvement with live websites or web applications is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Web Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive and mobile-first design approaches.
• Exposure to front-end frameworks or libraries such as React or Vue is an advantage.
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms is preferred.
• Basic understanding of SEO-conscious development practices.
• Working knowledge of Git and version control workflows.
• Experience using design collaboration tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
• Understanding of website performance optimization and browser compatibility standards.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication and teamwork skills for a remote setup.
• Positive response to feedback and a strong willingness to keep learning.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines independently.
• Exposure to Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks is a plus.
• Awareness of web accessibility standards such as WCAG is preferred.
• Experience or familiarity with healthcare, medical, or regulated industries is an advantage.
• Knowledge of JavaScript build tools and modern development workflows is useful.
• English fluency is required; Arabic proficiency is highly desirable.
