IT Support Technician

Role overview

We are looking for an IT Support Specialist with hands-on Epicor ERP expertise to join a growing manufacturing organization in Orange County. This role is based in Fullerton, California and requires working fully onsite.

Compensation and work setup

Pay is $35 to $55 per hour, depending on experience. This is a temporary assignment.

Location requirement

Candidates must be based in Southern California, with a specific requirement to be local to Orange County, CA.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day desktop and technical assistance to employees.
• Maintain and support Windows computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Administer user access, accounts, and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, VPN, and network-related problems.
• Provide support to Epicor ERP users across different business teams.
• Help with Epicor reporting, dashboards, BAQs, upgrades, and general system troubleshooting.
• Support shop-floor equipment such as barcode scanners and production terminals.
• Contribute to system enhancements, cleaner data, and improved business processes.

Experience and technical requirements

• At least 2 years of IT support experience is required.
• Solid background supporting Epicor ERP is essential.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 is needed.
• Experience with Active Directory, hardware troubleshooting, and user support is required.
• Prior exposure to a manufacturing environment is preferred.
