Core responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, including infrastructure, systems, and technical support activities.
• Create and put into action IT plans that support business objectives and operational needs.
• Drive IT initiatives such as system enhancements, technology rollouts, and broader digital transformation efforts.
• Maintain strong performance, stability, and security across networks, servers, applications, and core business platforms.
• Handle cybersecurity practices, access management, data protection, and risk control processes.
• Track system health, resolve technical problems, and introduce practical fixes.
• Manage IT hardware, software, cloud services, and asset records.
• Work with internal teams to understand technology requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other external technology partners.
• Set up and maintain IT policies, processes, documentation, and operational standards.
• Guide, coach, and support IT team members to strengthen skills and improve service delivery.
• Prepare reports, budgets, and strategic recommendations for leadership review.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of infrastructure, systems administration, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Proven leadership ability along with strong communication and people-management skills.
• Good analytical thinking and a structured approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience managing IT operations, projects, and enterprise systems.
• Comfort working with cloud platforms, business applications, and modern technology tools.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewalls.
• Experience with IT service management methods and support frameworks will be beneficial.
• Competence with Microsoft Office and common IT management tools.
• Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
• Ability to explain technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
