Role Overview
This position is for an International Voice Process Executive working on a US-based telecom account in Noida. The role focuses on handling live customer conversations, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service in an international support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls from international customers for a US telecom process.
- Address customer questions and offer suitable resolutions within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain strong service quality while ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Identify customer needs and respond in a clear, professional manner.
- Record customer interactions accurately and adhere to the defined process flow.
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an international voice role is required.
- Experience handling international inbound calls is preferred.
- Prior exposure to a B2C process is mandatory.
- Strong spoken English communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must be comfortable working in US shifts.
