Role summary
The Information Technology Support Officer will be responsible for keeping the company’s digital systems, connectivity, and day-to-day technology support running smoothly across offices in Ghana.
Core duties
- Maintain and update the company website.
- Oversee the cloud hosting environment used by the organization.
- Administer internal ERP platforms, including Frappe ERP (ERPNext) and Odoo.
- Install, configure, and support Starlink internet equipment at all company offices nationwide.
- Handle official company email accounts and related administration.
- Diagnose and resolve issues affecting the internal network.
- Provide support for software problems and computer hardware faults.
Work schedule
The standard working pattern is Monday to Saturday from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and Sunday from 8:00am to 12:00 noon.

On-site accommodation is included, along with complimentary water and electricity.
Qualifications
Applicants should hold an HND or a degree from a recognized university. Candidates who do not have one of these qualifications may still be considered if they can show at least 3 years of verifiable experience in a related field.
Additional advantage
Although not mandatory, it will be beneficial to have basic electrical knowledge and experience with enterprise fiber installation.
Important requirement
Candidates must be physically fit and comfortable working at height, including tasks such as rooftop or elevated equipment installation and maintenance.
Compensation
The salary range for this position is GHS 4,000 to GHS 6,000. New employees will undergo a 1-month probation period during which they receive 60% of the agreed salary.
