Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist position in Al Khobar. The role centers on daily HR support, including applying HR policies, maintaining employee files, and coordinating recruitment and onboarding activities. It also covers employee benefits administration, assistance with performance management activities, and responding to staff questions related to HR matters. The specialist will contribute to HR programs, help maintain compliance with labor laws, and work closely with management to nurture a supportive and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Support routine HR operations and keep the department running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.
- Administer HR policies and help ensure they are applied consistently.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment steps and onboarding for new hires.
- Assist with employee benefits administration, including enrollments, updates, and employee communication.
- Provide support for performance management processes.
- Respond to employee questions and offer guidance on HR-related issues.
- Contribute to the rollout of HR initiatives and internal people programs.
- Help ensure adherence to applicable labor regulations and company requirements.
- Partner with management to support a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have a strong grounding in Human Resources and HR administration, with practical exposure to everyday HR functions. They should be able to interpret, develop, and apply HR policies while maintaining compliance with relevant rules and standards. Familiarity with employee benefits administration, personnel records, and performance support processes is important. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required. Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools is also needed for reporting and documentation. Strong interpersonal skills, clear communication, problem-solving ability, confidentiality, and attention to detail are essential. The profile should also suit someone who can collaborate effectively with teams from different backgrounds.
