Compensation and job details

Responsibilities

  • Work regularly with the contracted Human Resource Business Partner to help ensure compliance and HR best practices are being followed, while tracking key milestones and accountability items.
  • Support end-to-end recruiting activities, including posting roles, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and handling offer-related steps across different departments.
  • Run onboarding activities so new hires have a smooth start, complete required documentation, and experience a welcoming introduction to the organization.
  • Maintain HR information systems and employee records accurately, while protecting data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, benefits updates, leave administration, and annual open enrollment.
  • Help ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment rules, and keep documentation organized and audit-ready.
  • Respond as the first HR contact for employee questions, support employee relations concerns, and assist with workplace investigations when needed.
  • Coordinate performance review processes by scheduling meetings, distributing forms, monitoring deadlines, and compiling data.
  • Organize employee training, professional development activities, and compliance learning initiatives.
  • Own HR projects from start to finish, including policy changes, system rollouts, and process improvement efforts.
