Role overview
Walmart is hiring a full-time Human Resources associate for its Supercenter in Warminster, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will support store leadership with core HR functions such as recruiting, hiring, staffing, scheduling, attendance management, employee development, succession planning, and performance-related support. The position is based onsite at Walmart Supercenter #2096, 100 E Street Rd, Warminster, PA 18974, US.
Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $20 to $33 per hour. The final hourly rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the job location. Depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed, additional premium pay may apply from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, and more than one premium may be available if the qualifying conditions are met. This role may also include annual or quarterly performance incentives.

Key responsibilities
You will help leaders identify HR-related issues, evaluate them, and provide guidance on carrying out company HR programs and initiatives. The role supports the day-to-day people operations needed to keep staffing, associate development, and performance processes running smoothly.
