Role Overview

Stafford School in Lucknow is seeking an HR Recruiter to help attract, evaluate, and hire capable professionals for both teaching and non-teaching positions. The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and supporting hiring across the institution.

Core Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment activities from sourcing to final hiring.
• Find suitable candidates using job boards, social channels, and professional contacts.
• Review applications and conduct first-round screening interviews.
• Arrange interviews with department leaders and senior management.
• Manage candidate follow-up, communication, and offer-related steps.
• Keep recruitment dashboards, trackers, and hiring summaries up to date.
• Assist with employer branding and broader talent acquisition efforts.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
• Good communication and people-handling skills.
• Hands-on exposure to sourcing candidates through job portals and other channels.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
• Recruitment experience in the education sector will be considered an added advantage.
