Role overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Operations Supervisor to take charge of core HR activities for a business in the F&B sector. This position calls for hands-on expertise in HR operations, payroll, government relations, and employee support, with a focus on keeping daily people processes efficient and aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day HR operations, employee service support, and administrative HR workflows.
- Handle payroll-related tasks, including attendance tracking, overtime calculation, deductions, and maintenance of employee records.
- Make sure HR practices follow labor laws and government compliance requirements.
- Work closely with operations teams to address and resolve employee concerns and issues.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and uphold high standards of HR service delivery.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Prior exposure to F&B, hospitality, or multi-location operations is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of payroll, government relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
