Role Overview

Flik Hospitality Group is looking to add full-time Housekeepers right away for its Miami International Airport location. This position focuses on keeping facilities clean, orderly, and guest-ready through routine housekeeping and light cleaning work.

Work Location and Schedule

The role is based at British Airways MIA, Miami International Airport E-SATEL 4T, Miami, FL 33151. Applications are handled online only. The schedule is full time, with open availability needed; working days and hours can change, and more specifics will be shared during the interview.

Pay and Key Notes

This position pays a fixed rate of $21.91 per hour. An internal employee referral bonus is available. At select sites, free meals, uniforms, and laundering services are provided.

Role Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for routine cleaning tasks that help maintain a clean and organized environment in places such as hotels, restaurants, and hospitals. Typical work includes making beds, replacing linens, cleaning guest areas, and vacuuming floors.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive, high-quality service with a strong focus on detail.
• Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors as needed.
• Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies.
• Shampoo carpets, rugs, and upholstery when required.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Clean metal fittings and other hardware.
• Empty trash bins and remove waste in a sanitary manner.
• Clean sinks, mirrors, tubs, and showers.
• Wipe glass surfaces and keep them presentable.
• Make beds and replace linens according to need.
• Reset furniture and amenities to the expected layout.
• Respond to guest questions and service requests.
• Handle housekeeping issues such as spills and broken glass.
• Work cooperatively with team members and maintain a professional attitude.
• Take on other assigned housekeeping duties.

Requirements

• Prior housekeeping experience is required.
• Open availability is required, with days and hours subject to change.
• Ability to perform the essential duties of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Some positions may need Florida Level 2 background screening.
