Role Overview
This opportunity is for a Housekeeper at Ruckland Court Care Home in Lincoln LN1, part of The Country Court Family. The role sits within a warm, home-like care setting in the Ermine area just north of Lincoln, where residents receive residential and dementia care. The team is available around the clock to provide personal, tailored support and to build close, meaningful relationships with residents.
About the Organisation
Country Court is a family-run business that has expanded to more than 3,300 employees across 45+ care homes. The organisation is focused on delivering high-quality care and creating outstanding living environments, with features such as bistros, pubs, cinema rooms, and spas in many of its homes.
Housekeeper Responsibilities
The Housekeeper plays an important part in maintaining excellent standards throughout the home. This includes caring for residents’ clothing and bedding, ensuring they are washed, pressed, and folded to a very high standard. It also involves keeping residents’ rooms clean, hygienic, and well presented, with careful attention paid to every surface and detail.
What the Role Requires
Applicants should be proactive, enthusiastic, and committed to helping create the best person-centred environment for residents. The ideal person will be valued as a key member of the team and will help support a positive experience for everyone in the home.
Working Pattern
This is a part-time position of 30 hours per week, with weekends worked on a rota basis.
Additional Information
Applications for sponsorship are no longer being accepted for this role. All successful candidates must already have the legal right to work in the UK and must be able to provide proof of this.

Benefits
In addition to pension contributions and annual leave, the company offers annual pay reviews, a tailored induction training programme, ongoing development with access to nationally recognised qualifications, a Recommend a Friend bonus scheme, access to the Blue Light Discount Card, and an annual staff awards programme recognising outstanding contributions across all homes. Some benefits are subject to terms and conditions.
