Role overview
This position is for a House Manager to keep a private residence running smoothly and to maintain a polished, luxury-hospitality style of service. The role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and reports directly to the Head of Household. The ideal candidate will come from facility management, hotel management, housekeeping, or guest-relations operations and will be responsible for keeping the home clean, well-stocked, organized, and managed to a consistently high standard.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the residence in a consistently clean, hygienic, and orderly condition.
- Supervise everyday housekeeping activities such as cleaning, laundry, making beds, and arranging wardrobes.
- Monitor household stock and manage supplies such as groceries, vegetables, toiletries, and air fresheners.
- Keep track of usage patterns and restock essentials in advance so nothing runs out.
- Arrange and maintain all rooms and common areas in line with the Head of Household’s preferences.
- Coordinate any housekeeping staff and review their work to make sure standards are met.
- Support household arrangements for personal occasions and guest visits.
- Prepare regular checklists and maintain records for inventory and stock.
- Ensure the household operates smoothly on a daily basis with close attention to detail.
- Provide regular updates to the Head of Household about household tasks, requirements, and pending needs.
Experience and skills required
- At least 2 years of experience in facility management, hotel management, housekeeping, or guest-relations operations.
- Strong ability to organize tasks, spaces, and household routines efficiently.
- Working knowledge of inventory tracking and hospitality service standards.
- A professional, discreet, and dependable approach.
- Capability to work independently and take initiative when needed.
- Good communication skills; English, Hindi, Telugu, and Tamil are preferred.

- Prior exposure to facility management, hotel management, or premium guest-service environments.
- Strong eye for detail and a service-focused mindset.
- Ability to anticipate needs and handle household issues proactively and flexibly.
