Role overview

The position is focused on making sure customer orders are delivered on time while following applicable government rules and safety guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver ordered products to customers promptly and collect payment based on the invoice shared by the pharmacist.
• Check that the order is prepared correctly by confirming the right items and quantities with the pharmacist and moving the order from the store to the vehicle to support order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Arrange and secure all items properly inside the vehicle according to operational instructions so damage is avoided during transport.
• Bring back any items that were not delivered to the pharmacy, including returns, damaged items, and products refused by customers.
• After all deliveries are completed, park the vehicle in the designated space near the pharmacy to help keep it secure.
• Clean the vehicle and inspect water level, oil level, mechanical devices, and similar items to keep the car ready and tidy.
• Operate the vehicle in compliance with government regulations to reduce the risk of penalties.

Additional duties

Responsibilities are not limited to the tasks listed above; additional work may be assigned as needed.

Work environment

• Indoor work: 10%
• Outdoor work: 90%
• Working days: 6 days per week
• Weekly day off: 1 day
• Working hours: 9 AM to 4 AM, split into 2 shifts of 9 hours each

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• Valid driving license relevant to the role.
• Basic Arabic language ability.
