Stellenbeschreibung
Company overview
Bouken Select operates as the internal syndicate division of Bouken Capital, alongside the Bouken Ventures Fund and Bouken Advisory. The organization is connected to the Silicon Valley technology ecosystem and focuses on discovering and backing exceptional founders working on breakthrough ideas. The team emphasizes rapid execution, strong conviction in investment decisions, and specialized market knowledge to support high-growth technology companies.
Role summary
This position is a highly flexible, performance-driven remote partnership for the Bouken Select program. In a visible, client-facing capacity, the Growth Lead will play a central role in expanding the syndicate and helping execute deals.
Core focus
The role has two main objectives: building a broader base of high-net-worth individuals and institutional limited partners for deal-specific SPVs, and supporting operational execution around the syndicate’s growth.
Working style
The ideal candidate should work with speed and precision. After receiving target lists and strategy guidance, they will use automation tools to run repeatable outreach campaigns and complete the weekly operating cycle within a tightly managed 3 to 4 hour window.
Cross-functional collaboration
In addition to outreach and syndicate growth, the Growth Lead will work closely with the Bouken Ventures Fund operations team to assess opportunities in the pipeline and build relationships across the venture ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of carried interest, SPV structures, and venture compliance.
- Ability to handle the early, less-structured stage of building a new program and turn it into a repeatable institutional process.
- Comfort and credibility when interacting with distinguished engineers, CTOs, and Ivy League alumni.
- Excellent writing and speaking skills for preparing strong investment memos and developing trusted investor relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to own execution independently while working effectively with different internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
Compensation
The role includes an above-market carry share along with a portion of management fees.
Additional details
This is a remote, part-time opportunity based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The work is described as highly flexible and performance-based.
