About the role
VetPartners Australia and New Zealand is seeking a creative and energetic Graphic & Video Content Creator to turn everyday veterinary moments into engaging stories for social media. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-moving content creation, social storytelling, animals, and producing work that informs, entertains, and connects with audiences.
You will help showcase the world of veterinary care through video, graphics, and digital content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook. The position is based in Macquarie Park, New South Wales, Australia and is a full-time, onsite role.
What you will do
- Plan, film, and edit attention-grabbing video content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Travel to veterinary clinics across the network to capture genuine footage of pets, veterinary professionals, and clinic teams.
- Contribute original content ideas and support the development of the social media content calendar.
- Monitor social trends, viral formats, and platform changes to keep content relevant.
- Work with the marketing team on campaign concepts and script development.
- Design and adapt graphics, templates, and digital materials using Canva and other creative tools.
- Review content performance, interpret results, and refine future creative output.
- Create stories that highlight the relationship between pets and their owners.
What we are looking for
- 1 to 3 years of experience in social media content creation, video production, or graphic design; freelance work, personal channels, academic projects, and professional experience are all considered.
- A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, personality, and strong storytelling ability.
- Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Comfort filming on the move using a camera, phone, gimbal, and microphone.
- Ability to edit efficiently and creatively with tools such as Canva, Adobe software, and/or CapCut.
- A willingness to experiment, test new ideas, and learn what drives audience engagement.
- Strong organisation, initiative, and the ability to work independently while partnering with a collaborative team.
- An interest in animals is an advantage.
