Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Graphic Designer position is based in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. The selected candidate will create visual content for both digital and print platforms, supporting marketing, product, sales, and internal communication needs. The role requires turning creative briefs into effective design concepts, producing polished and brand-aligned layouts, and preparing artwork that is ready for production. The designer will also help strengthen and evolve the brand identity while managing several projects at once and meeting deadlines consistently.

Key Responsibilities

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop visual communication that supports business objectives and the company’s electric mobility mission.

• Design assets for digital and print use, including campaign creatives, social media visuals, brochures, presentations, and internal communication materials.
• Interpret briefed requirements and convert them into clear, attractive, and practical design concepts.
• Create layouts, illustrations, and graphics that stay consistent with the brand identity and guidelines.
• Prepare final files that are accurate, polished, and ready for production or publishing.
• Coordinate with marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure visual output matches strategic goals.
• Contribute ideas that improve campaigns and strengthen the overall brand presence.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong command of graphic design and visual communication principles, including layout, typography, color use, and brand identity.
• Hands-on experience with professional design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
• Ability to produce marketing and promotional content for both online and offline channels, such as social graphics, banners, brochures, and slide decks.
• Skill in translating complex ideas into simple, engaging visuals that align with campaign objectives and brand standards.
• Good planning and project coordination abilities, with the capacity to handle several assignments in a busy work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and a focus on delivering accurate, consistent, and quality design work.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior exposure to automotive, mobility, technology, or sustainability-oriented businesses will be considered an advantage.
• A professional portfolio showing a broad range of design work across digital and print formats is required.
