Job summary
Helic & Co is hiring a creative Graphic Designer to craft polished visual assets for both online and offline channels. The role involves turning concepts into clear, attractive designs that support the company’s brand style and marketing goals.
Core responsibilities
- Create eye-catching design materials for digital and print use, including social posts, website graphics, brochures, advertisements, and presentations.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to shape campaign ideas and visual direction.
- Protect and strengthen brand consistency across every design deliverable.
- Develop layouts, illustrations, and graphics that communicate messages effectively.
- Prepare final artwork and source files for printing and online publishing.
- Handle several design assignments at once while staying on schedule.
- Keep current with design trends, tools, and industry standards.
- Update and refine creative work based on review and feedback.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a similar discipline is required.
- A strong portfolio that showcases both creative thinking and technical ability is expected.
- Hands-on skill with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Good grasp of typography, color usage, and layout principles.
- High attention to detail along with strong creative instincts.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work well with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro is an advantage.
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of web design, including HTML/CSS, will be a plus.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Canva is beneficial.
