About the role
The company is looking for a creative Graphic Designer for Amazon Visual Content (m/w/d) to join its content team in Germany. This position centers on creating visually strong assets that improve product listings and influence customer engagement, brand perception, and sales results. You will work closely with advertising and account management teams to shape visual concepts that fit brand standards, Amazon requirements, and performance targets.
The ideal person brings strong design instincts, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of e-commerce content, especially within the Amazon ecosystem. A proactive mindset, willingness to collaborate, and interest in AI-driven content tools are important for success in this role.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and design product images, infographics, A+ Content, and Brand Store assets that strengthen Amazon listings and maintain visual consistency.
- Refine existing creative materials to improve conversion impact while staying aligned with Amazon rules and client brand standards.
- Choose, edit, and enhance image assets while maintaining quality, brand fit, and performance relevance.
- Build visual concepts and strategies that support product visibility and sales, using data insights to guide creative decisions.
- Prepare detailed shoot briefs and coordinate with photographers and outside vendors so outputs meet scope, quality, and deadlines.
- Work together with marketing and advertising colleagues to create unified visual campaigns and support broader campaign objectives.
- Keep up with current design trends, Amazon policy changes, and new technologies, including AI-based tools, to improve quality and innovation.
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship or degree in graphic design, media design, or communication design.
- At least 2 years of practical experience creating digital content.
- Previous exposure to e-commerce or Amazon-specific content creation is preferred for stronger fit.
- Hands-on experience with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Ability to create content that supports conversions on online platforms.
- Strong visual sense, branding awareness, and understanding of image language.
- Analytical thinking to assess data and adjust visuals accordingly.
- Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written.
- Additional language knowledge in French, Italian, or Spanish is an advantage.
- Proactive attitude, sense of ownership, and enthusiasm for team-based success.
- Interest in AI-based content tools and innovation is a plus.
