About the role
This is an opportunity to join a fast-scaling consumer wellness brand that operates entirely remotely. The business has grown quickly since launch and has built a strong position as a challenger brand across direct-to-consumer and retail channels. The role offers a salary of up to £55,000 plus benefits.
The position is ideal for a designer who enjoys combining visual storytelling with paid media, performance marketing and modern generative AI tools. You will help shape creative direction, test new ideas and develop assets that are built to improve results across Meta, Google and other digital platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Creating performance-led design concepts informed by marketing data and campaign insights, with a focus on the visuals, messaging and formats that drive stronger outcomes.
- Working closely with the paid media team to build clear creative briefs, test assumptions and explore new campaign ideas.
- Designing conversion-focused assets for paid social, digital advertising, landing pages, email marketing, websites and social channels.
- Producing static ads, carousel formats and wider marketing materials for Meta and Google, while continually updating campaigns to reduce fatigue and improve results.
- Using generative AI tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana or similar platforms to quickly develop concepts, imagery and creative variations.
- Editing and retouching photography, including product swaps and image improvements.
- Reviewing campaign performance with the marketing team and refining creative based on live data.
- Delivering work to a consistently high standard and making sure it is suitable for both digital use and print production.
What we're looking for
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience as a graphic designer, ideally gained in an ecommerce, consumer or creative environment.
- A strong portfolio that shows both design ability and work tied to performance marketing.
- Hands-on experience creating visuals for paid social channels, including Meta and Google Ads.
- Working knowledge of key performance metrics such as CTR, ROAS and conversion rate, with the ability to turn insights into more effective creative.
- Experience using AI-assisted creative tools, such as Midjourney, Nano Banana or equivalent platforms.
- Strong capability across Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator, plus Figma and Canva.
