Role Overview

The assignment is for a Government Backoffice specialist focused on visual document understanding. The work is remote and contract-based, with an expected commitment of 15 to 20 hours per week. Compensation is set at $50 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Assess how accurate and thorough AI-generated outputs are for government backoffice scenarios, with the goal of improving reasoning quality and output rigor.
• Create challenging, well-structured tasks that include clear expected answers and an objective evaluation rubric.
• Partner with subject matter experts to keep datasets consistent, relevant, and comprehensive.
• Work autonomously and asynchronously, staying on schedule while helping improve model performance.

Required Background

Candidates should have strong experience in visual document understanding and a solid ability to follow instructions within the government backoffice domain.
