This Singapore-based opportunity is for a high-calibre Front Office Recruiter at different seniority levels. It is a true end-to-end recruitment position suited to people who are commercially minded, highly motivated, and execution-driven, with the ability to source opportunities, deliver results, and grow a market presence.
As a Front Office Headhunter, you will act as a subject-matter specialist and own your desk from business development through to placement. The focus is on building client relationships, creating new mandates, and placing strong front-office talent across areas such as Investment Banking, Sales & Trading, Asset Management, and Hedge Funds.
The position is ideal for professionals who enjoy fast-moving, target-led environments and want clear ownership of outcomes in a high-impact, revenue-generating function.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full 360 recruitment desk covering front-office positions in investment banking, markets, and buy-side businesses
- Develop new client relationships through proactive business development and deepen existing accounts
- Identify, approach, evaluate, and place mid- to senior-level front-office professionals
- Advise clients on hiring approach, market conditions, and compensation benchmarks
- Handle the complete candidate journey, including sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and final closure
- Strengthen your market profile through networking, referrals, and industry-facing thought leadership
- Meet and exceed revenue goals and activity metrics on a consistent basis
