Fresh Graduate Engineer

Role Overview

This opportunity is for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to contribute to ERP and MES rollout work in a manufacturing setting. The position is based in Singapore East and supports implementation tasks across system setup, validation, training, and go-live assistance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the rollout and deployment of ERP/MES systems.
• Collect business needs and help translate them into configuration requirements.
• Carry out testing, verify data accuracy, and complete quality checks.
• Help deliver user training and support activities after go-live.
• Investigate issues and provide support to system users.
• Keep project records, documentation, and process logs up to date.
• Work closely with teams in engineering, production, and quality.
• Take part in project discussions and continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Manufacturing, or a similar discipline.
• 0 to 2 years of experience, or relevant academic exposure, in ERP, MES, manufacturing systems, or IT projects.
• Good analytical ability, communication skills, and problem-solving capability.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
• Prior ERP exposure is helpful, though it is not essential.
