Role overview
Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a French-speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist for an on-site position in Sofia, Bulgaria. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, has an interest in fitness and wellness, and wants to build an international career supporting wearable technology users.
In this position, you will be the main contact for French-speaking Fitbit customers. Your work will focus on guiding users through product setup, answering service questions, resolving device issues, and helping customers make the most of Fitbit’s health and wellness tools.

What you will do
- Support French-speaking Fitbit users by phone, email, and live chat with questions about fitness tracking, health monitoring, and device features.
- Help customers with device setup, synchronization, and troubleshooting across Fitbit devices, apps, and connected wellness platforms.
- Explain Fitbit’s health and fitness features, including activity tracking, sleep tracking, heart rate monitoring, and nutrition-related integrations.
- Record customer conversations, issues, and resolutions accurately in the CRM while following quality standards.
- Spot repeated product issues or customer feedback patterns and share them with the appropriate internal teams.
- Guide customers on how to use Fitbit’s features effectively so they can work toward their personal wellness goals.
- Work with teammates and supervisors to achieve performance goals such as customer satisfaction and first-contact resolution.
- Keep up with new Fitbit releases, software updates, and trends in the fitness and wellness space to ensure accurate support.
What we are looking for
- Strong French fluency, both spoken and written, is essential.
- A valid EU passport is required for relocation and work eligibility.
- Interest in fitness, wellness, wearable tech, or health-focused consumer products is highly valued.
- Experience in customer support, technical helpdesk work, or another client-facing role is beneficial.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with a calm and service-oriented approach.
- Comfort with basic technical tools, mobile apps, digital platforms, and consumer electronics.
- Working knowledge of English for internal communication and training.

The employer offers a competitive monthly salary aligned with your background and experience in fitness and wellness support. Additional support includes paid training, health insurance, a fully paid relocation package with return flight, airport transfer, and hotel stay on arrival in Sofia, as well as a monthly performance bonus.
