Role overview

Mindrift is seeking an experienced Presentation Designer for the Tendem project, where the work centers on specialised storytelling within a hybrid AI-and-human workflow. You will partner with Tendem Agents that handle repetitive production tasks, while you contribute the judgment, subject-matter insight, and advanced formatting ability needed to create polished, high-impact presentations.

This flexible remote engagement is well suited to creative specialists with practical experience in visual communication, information design, and narrative-driven slide creation.

About the role

This is a freelance assignment connected to the Tendem project. The focus is on presenting complex information in a visually clear, persuasive, and elegant way. You’ll turn raw data and unstructured narratives into refined slides and one-pagers using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.

Key responsibilities

• Create premium pitch decks and executive one-pagers tailored to the intended audience.
• Convert dense or layered information into clean visual stories with strong structure and minimal clutter.
• Improve presentation quality through custom typography, refined motion, and consistent visual treatment.
• Maintain a polished style that blends corporate professionalism with creative presentation design.
• Check each deliverable carefully for alignment, pacing, and brand consistency before handing it over.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or a similar creative discipline is an advantage.
• Strong working knowledge of presentation software such as PowerPoint and Keynote for building sophisticated, animated decks.
• Advanced capability with Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop, or with Figma for custom layouts and graphics.
• Ability to transform complex data and multi-level information into simple, visually structured communication.
• Solid command of typography and animation for refined, premium-quality presentation work.
• English proficiency at upper-intermediate level (B2) or higher is required.
• Hands-on experience producing high-end, premium corporate-creative presentation layouts.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to visual precision.
• Independent working style with the ability to resolve design issues without heavy supervision.
• Your CV must include a portfolio link showing presentation work, pitch decks, and data visualisation examples; applications without this will not be considered.

Estimated project demand is around 10 to 20 hours per week during active phases. This is only an estimate and not a fixed workload, and it applies only while the project is active.

Compensation can reach the equivalent of $50 per hour, depending on your level and how quickly you contribute. Pay may vary across projects based on scope, complexity, and expertise requirements.
