Role overview

This opening is for a Founding Operations Executive who will work closely with clients, internal teams, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly while contributing to hiring, process improvement, and business growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a coordination point between clients, valuation firms, and internal stakeholders to keep day-to-day work on track.
• Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates, screening profiles, scheduling interviews, and tracking the hiring pipeline.
• Oversee interns by assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Support operational activities, process enhancements, and the execution of projects.
• Carry out market research and turn findings into practical business insights for decision-making.
• Partner with management on expansion plans, workforce planning, and other growth-focused initiatives.

Additional details
