Role Overview

Voluxis is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Flight Attendant to support its private jet operations in Dubai. The role centers on delivering a safe, polished, and highly personalized onboard experience for clients while maintaining exceptional standards of discretion, cabin readiness, and service quality.

Key Duties

• Deliver tailored, high-end service that anticipates client needs and reflects exceptional attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional, discreet, and composed presence at all times.
• Keep cabin stock organized and ensure the aircraft is prepared for last-minute charters.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-presented cabin environment.
• Follow company procedures, safety expectations, and applicable regulations consistently.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of corporate aviation experience.
• Prior experience in menu planning and arranging catering.
• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification; further hospitality-related training or education is an advantage.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Confidence to handle unforeseen situations creatively and independently when needed.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative.
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working as part of a team.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Good problem-solving capability.
• Willingness to work irregular schedules at short notice, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Certifications

CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
