F&B Service Expert - WET

Role overview

This role is focused on creating a memorable dining experience for guests, not just serving food and beverages. As a Guest Service Expert, you will help shape each meal into a smooth, welcoming, and distinctive experience by actively assisting guests throughout service.

What you will do

Your work may include setting up tables, coordinating with the kitchen, serving guests, and keeping service and work areas clean and organized. You will help ensure that every transaction feels like part of the overall guest experience.

You will also be expected to maintain a safe work environment, follow company standards and procedures, and present yourself professionally through your uniform, grooming, and communication.

Work environment and physical expectations

This position requires being on your feet for long periods and moving frequently between standing, sitting, and walking. The job may involve working on sloped, uneven, or slippery surfaces. You should also be comfortable reviewing menu details visually and handling physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, twisting, and stooping. Objects may weigh up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance.

Other reasonable duties may be assigned as needed to support guests and the business.

Preferred qualifications

A high school diploma or GED-equivalent is preferred. Prior related work experience of less than one year is acceptable, and no supervisory background is required. No license or certification is needed for this role.
