Role Overview
Krsnaa Diagnostics is hiring a motivated Sales Executive to grow business, strengthen client relationships, and support revenue expansion in the pathology and radiology segments. The position suits someone who is goal-oriented, confident in field sales, and comfortable working across healthcare and diagnostic markets.

Location: PCMC and PMC, Pune
Preference: Male candidates
Mandatory requirement: Two-wheeler
Work area: Pune - PCMC, PMC
What the Role Involves
- Bring in new business through field visits, regular follow-ups, networking, and referral-based selling.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and other diagnostic partners in radiology, pathology, and gynaecology.
- Explain and promote diagnostic offerings, including demonstrations when needed.
- Work consistently toward monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Create local business plans suited to the specific market conditions in each area.
- Track competitor moves, industry updates, and market demand to spot new opportunities for growth.
Candidate Profile
The company is looking for someone with prior exposure to diagnostics, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sales who can communicate well, build trust quickly, and drive business independently. Strong market understanding of Pune and PCMC, along with established doctor connections, will be an advantage.
Experience and Qualification
- At least 1 year of sales experience in healthcare or diagnostics is required.
- Experience in the gynaecology segment is mandatory.
- Field sales background is essential.
- Team-handling experience is expected, along with the ability to guide and support a sales team.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are important.
- The role calls for a self-driven, target-focused professional who can work without close supervision.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Candidates from Medical Technology, B.Pharm, or related healthcare streams will be given preference.
