Role overview
A CEO in Plano, Texas is looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant / Household Manager to act as a dependable day-to-day partner. The position focuses on keeping the household, family logistics, personal calendar, and administrative work running smoothly and efficiently.
The right candidate will be a self-directed professional who can stay ahead of needs, juggle several priorities at once, and handle sensitive information with sound judgment and discretion.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain calendars for business, family, and household commitments.
- Arrange travel within the United States and internationally.
- Prepare, edit, organize, and format notes, documents, and correspondence.
- Book and oversee appointments for family members, children, and pets.
- Manage communication and scheduling with household vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Identify, research, and evaluate new vendors when needed.
- Purchase supplies for the home, pets, and children.
- Support household budgeting, expense tracking, and general recordkeeping.
- Assist with supervision of household staff and day-to-day home operations.
- Take care of personal errands and help with special projects.
- Act as the main contact for household-related coordination.
- Stay ahead of issues and address potential problems before they escalate.
Qualifications and expectations
- Background in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Household Manager, Family Assistant, or comparable position.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Clear verbal and written communication abilities.

- Capable of working independently with limited oversight.

Compensation
Pay is offered at $35 to $50 per hour, depending on experience.
