About the Role

Senoko Energy is seeking a proactive and adaptable Executive to support its New Energy Solutions team. The role focuses on helping grow innovative green energy products, with a major emphasis on SolarShare, one of the company’s key initiatives. You will support the full product journey, from early sales conversations through to after-sales follow-up, while working with teams across the business to improve the customer journey and strengthen the renewable energy ecosystem.

This position is suited to someone who wants to contribute to new energy offerings that go beyond conventional electricity retail and help shape the company’s next phase of growth in sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities

SolarShare product and operational support

  • Assist the sales function by responding to enquiries and helping to resolve customer concerns during the pre-sales stage.
  • Keep standard operating procedures up to date and deliver product training to internal teams on a regular basis.
  • Support post-sales work such as customer onboarding, user guidance, and adoption activities.
  • Help improve the performance of the SolarShare network, including efforts to raise green matching rates.

Project coordination and reporting

  • Track project schedules, budgets, and resource use to support on-time delivery.
  • Maintain detailed records, including reports and reviews after implementation.
  • Prepare recurring updates on performance and stakeholders for management and related teams.

Technical liaison and issue resolution

  • Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and system administrators to troubleshoot system issues.
  • Support the rollout of product enhancements while ensuring compliance with IT and security requirements.
  • Carry out periodic checks and audits to uphold service standards and compliance.

Partnership and ecosystem growth

  • Identify potential partners and work with them to expand the SolarShare community.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external collaborators to improve capabilities and expand offerings.
  • Contribute to the development of new products and solutions in the renewable energy space.

Requirements
