Role overview
This contract opportunity is for an Executive Assistant supporting several senior leaders, including VP-level executives and above, in a dynamic, fast-moving, high-growth environment. The position is remote and aligned to West Coast working hours.
Compensation
The pay range for this W2 contract role is $45 to $48 per hour.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain demanding executive schedules across multiple time zones.
- Arrange travel within the U.S. and abroad, including all related logistics.
- Plan and coordinate leadership meetings, offsites, and team gatherings.
- Track expenses, manage budgets, and coordinate with vendors.
- Provide both strategic and day-to-day operational assistance to senior leadership.
- Protect sensitive and confidential information with sound judgment and professionalism.
Preferred background
- Prior experience in high-tech, startup, or fast-scaling organizations.
- Background supporting product or engineering executives is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Workday, Expensify, Confluence, and Coupa.
- Exposure to cybersecurity businesses is considered an added advantage.
