Job Objective

This role supports the CEO office with day-to-day administrative coordination, helping keep office activities organized, efficient, and running smoothly.

Administrative Correspondence

  • Draft and prepare a wide range of office communication using standard business tools such as email, spreadsheets, and databases.
  • Review written communications for accuracy and share them with the relevant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide general clerical and administrative assistance to team members within the department.
  • Receive visitors, respond to their questions, and route them to the appropriate person when needed.
  • Keep track of ongoing projects and correspondence with both internal teams and external partners.

Calendar and Travel Coordination

  • Arrange and manage appointments, prioritizing schedules so meetings, deadlines, and other CEO office commitments are handled without disruption.
  • Organize travel logistics, prepare itineraries, and maintain travel vouchers and related records.
  • Distribute meeting agendas to the relevant participants, attend meetings, take minutes, and circulate them to all concerned parties.

Project Coordination

  • Track daily and weekly progress on assigned projects and report updates as needed.
  • Monitor follow-ups and correspondence involving both internal and external stakeholders.
