Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders in a fast-moving professional environment.

Executive Support

  • Oversee demanding calendars, appointments, and day-to-day scheduling priorities.
  • Arrange meetings with internal and external stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Spot calendar conflicts in advance and resolve them proactively.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, slide decks, and meeting documents.
  • Treat sensitive information with complete confidentiality and discretion.

Travel and Logistics

  • Handle detailed domestic and international travel planning.
  • Organize travel plans, bookings, transportation, and related arrangements.
