About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver dependable executive-level administrative support with sound judgment and strict confidentiality.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel, handling reservations and related logistics.
  • Own complex scheduling across internal and external stakeholders, including meetings between executives and their assistants.
  • Keep several priorities moving at once and respond quickly when issues arise.
  • Draft memos, reports, invoices, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
  • Coordinate calendars, timelines, and logistics to make the best use of executive time and to reduce scheduling conflicts.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of executive leadership, including phone coverage.
  • Manage mail, filing, contact lists, and other administrative records.
  • Support special projects, workflow tasks, and general office needs when required.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible experience in executive administrative support.
  • Background in an entrepreneurial, start-up, private equity, or high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong anticipation, problem-solving, and judgment skills, especially for scheduling and travel coordination.
  • Ability to juggle competing demands and multiple projects while staying flexible.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus comfort learning new tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including editing and proofreading.
  • High sense of urgency, adaptability, accountability, and discretion under pressure.
  • Comfort communicating responsively with people at all levels and with outside contacts.
