Role overview
Meta is looking for a seasoned Executive Administrative Partner to provide high-level support to Directors within the leadership team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New York, NY. The position calls for someone who can handle complex scheduling, extensive travel coordination, and fast-moving administrative priorities with strong judgment and structure.
What you'll do
- Arrange and coordinate meetings involving both internal teams and external partners.
- Maintain highly complex calendars, including schedule changes and meeting prioritization.
- Draft and submit expense reports as well as purchase requisitions.
- Plan domestic and international travel for executives.
- Support space planning, strategic offsite sessions, and team all-hands meetings.
- Develop strong working relationships across functions and departments.
- Work closely with other team administrative partners.
- Share important organizational and company updates with admins and cross-functional collaborators.
- Handle general office support tasks as needed.
Minimum qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience supporting one or more executives in an administrative capacity.
- At least 4 years of experience managing executive calendars and expense reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects at once.
- At least 4 years of experience coordinating executive travel logistics.
Preferred qualifications
- Background in organizing offsite events and team-building activities.
- Experience supporting teams across different regions.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and use sound discretion in partnerships.
- Comfort shifting priorities quickly and working across multiple tasks at once.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and deliver measurable gains such as better efficiency or quality.
- Familiarity with responsible and ethical AI practices, including bias checks, risk review, and quality/accuracy validation.
- Ongoing interest in building AI skills such as prompt engineering, context engineering, and agent orchestration, while keeping up with emerging AI tools.

Compensation and benefits
The base salary range for this role is $86,091 to $118,310 per year, with additional bonus, equity, and benefits. Final compensation depends on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Benefits are also offered as part of the overall package.
