About the Role

Lineal is hiring a remote Events & Executive Operations Manager to partner with both the Marketing team and Executive Leadership. This position is split roughly 70% event and field marketing work and 30% executive operations support. It suits someone who stays highly organized, pays close attention to details, and can manage several priorities at once while working across functions, time zones, and leadership levels.

On the marketing side, you will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Lineal’s worldwide events program, covering flagship events, executive gatherings, conferences, sponsorship activations, and client-facing experiences. You will also help with event marketing, creative asset production, and campaign execution tied to those initiatives.

On the executive operations side, you will support the Chief Client Officer and Executive Leadership Team with scheduling, coordination, meeting support, and follow-through so strategic work keeps moving efficiently.

This is a highly collaborative position for someone who likes turning plans into action, solving problems, and creating structure in fast-moving environments.

Event & Field Marketing Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and delivery of Lineal’s event portfolio, including owned flagship events, executive and client events, conferences, sponsorships, and internal gatherings.
  • Handle end-to-end event logistics such as timelines, project planning, budgeting and forecasting, venue selection and management, vendor coordination, swag, promotional items, and onsite execution.
  • Work closely with sales, leadership, and outside partners to make sure events support business goals and client engagement objectives.
  • Travel to events, conferences, and client meetings to represent Lineal in person.
  • Produce and manage event marketing materials such as booth visuals, signage, presentations, collateral, invitations, email communications, landing pages, and registration flows.
  • Support promotional efforts and attendee communications before, during, and after events.
  • Run post-event follow-up activities, including feedback collection, reporting, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contribute to wider marketing efforts when needed, including digital asset creation, campaign support, and project coordination.

Executive Operations Responsibilities

  • Provide scheduling and coordination support to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Own calendar planning and priority management for the Chief Client Officer, including meetings with internal teams, clients, and outside partners.
  • Resolve calendar changes, meeting logistics, and scheduling conflicts.
  • Join meetings and leadership calls to capture notes, decisions, action items, and next steps.
  • Prepare follow-up plans and share action items with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress against commitments and proactively coordinate with teammates to keep tasks moving forward.
  • Support executive meetings, client interactions, presentations, and strategic initiatives.
  • Help maintain structure, visibility, and accountability across major business priorities.

What We're Looking For

The role calls for someone with at least 5 years of relevant experience in event management, field marketing, marketing operations, executive support, or a similar function. You should have a track record of managing events from early planning through final execution, along with strong project management and organizational abilities.

Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams is important, as is the ability to manage many projects and competing deadlines at once. Strong interpersonal skills matter too, since this role involves working with clients, executives, and senior stakeholders. Experience handling vendors, budgets, and outside partners is also required.

You should be comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as Canva. The role also requires experience creating event signage, booth graphics, presentations, and marketing materials. Familiarity with HubSpot or similar marketing automation tools is preferred. You must be able to work independently in a fast-moving remote setting and be willing to travel about 40% to 50% domestically and internationally. Comfort working across multiple time zones is also necessary.

Nice to Have

Experience in legal technology, B2B technology, or professional services would be an advantage. Prior experience in a global organization is also welcomed.

Why This Role Matters

Events are central to how Lineal builds relationships, strengthens its brand, and creates growth opportunities. At the same time, effective executive operations keep leadership organized, aligned, and focused on the most important priorities. This role supports both sides by helping deliver strong client and event experiences while keeping essential business initiatives on track.

Additional Information

This is a remote, full-time role based in the United States. Travel is expected to be approximately 40% to 50%, including both domestic and international trips.
