About the Company
Base360.ai is creating an AI operating system designed for businesses that sell directly to consumers. The platform brings together customer conversations from social media comments and direct messages, WhatsApp, email, SMS, and phone calls into one AI-driven system. The goal is to replace a patchwork of disconnected tools with a single intelligent product that helps companies attract, engage, and convert customers.
The company is moving quickly and is looking for exceptional founders and builders who want to create the next wave of AI businesses from inside the organization.
Role Overview
In this Entrepreneur in Residence role, you will not be stepping into an existing function. Instead, you will be creating a new one. Your mandate is to spot a major opportunity, develop a new product or business line within Base360.ai, bring together the right people, test the market, and scale the initiative into a meaningful revenue-generating business.
This is similar to starting a company, but with the advantage of funding, engineering, design, AI infrastructure, customers, distribution, and executive backing already in place. If the venture succeeds, you may grow into its long-term leader.
What You Will Be Doing
- Spot attractive opportunities that can evolve into new products or business verticals.
- Research customer pain points and validate them through direct conversations.
- Shape the product direction, business strategy, and go-to-market approach.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, design, and AI teams to build and launch rapidly.
- Hire and guide a cross-functional team as the business expands.
- Take ownership of growth, adoption, customer success, and financial results.
- Use data and customer feedback to make fast, informed decisions and improve the venture continuously.
- Share updates and progress directly with the founders and leadership team.
- Develop a business that can eventually stand as its own division or potentially become an independent company.

Startup experience as a founder, early team member, product leader, operator, or investor is appreciated, though it is not mandatory.
