Role overview
The Employee Communications Senior Analyst supports the planning and delivery of internal communications that improve employee engagement, raise awareness of business priorities, and reinforce organizational initiatives. The position works with HR, business functions, and regional communications teams to produce timely and engaging messages for employees across different groups and markets.
Key responsibilities
- Implement internal communication plans and campaigns that support business priorities and employee engagement objectives.
- Create and coordinate communication content such as announcements, leadership updates, newsletters, intranet articles, FAQs, employee stories, and event-related messages.
- Assist with communications tied to business updates, engagement programs, leadership visits, and organizational change.
- Help plan and execute quarterly town halls, leadership meetings, employee events, and recognition initiatives, including agendas, presentation support, engagement activities, and on-site coordination.
- Localize and cascade regional and global communication initiatives through internal channels.
- Manage and refresh communication platforms and tools, including email campaigns, digital screens, intranet sites, SMS messages, and collaboration tools.
- Maintain communication calendars and support content planning, approvals, and stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate urgent and crisis communication updates so employees receive timely information in line with leadership guidance.
- Track communication performance using surveys, engagement feedback, and analytics reports.
- Work with Corporate Communications, PR, Digital, HR, and other teams to keep messaging aligned and integrated.
- Support cross-functional projects and business initiatives that require employee communication, stakeholder coordination, and internal engagement support.
- Prepare and coordinate employee communication in English and Arabic where needed.
- Support rollout of regional and global campaigns at the local level.
- Coordinate communication assets, approvals, schedules, and stakeholder reviews to ensure on-time delivery.
- Keep internal communication channels current and relevant.
- Support employee storytelling efforts that highlight PepsiCo’s culture, people, and business impact.
- Coordinate with agencies and vendors for communication materials and events when required.
- Partner with HR and functional teams to identify communication needs and collect relevant content.
- Support crisis messaging and employee communications during urgent situations when necessary.
- Collaborate across communication functions to support integrated campaigns, leadership visibility, and important internal moments across the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree from the Faculty of Mass Communication is considered an advantage.
- 6–7 years of relevant experience.
- Background in public relations.
- Exposure to event management.
- Ability to think strategically and work through change management.
- Strong execution skills for communication plans.
- Excellent writing ability in both English and Arabic.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare PowerPoint presentations and basic design layouts.
- Confidence in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Good time management and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic.
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic design ability.
- Ability to understand customer needs and develop practical, low-cost solutions.
- Strong leadership behaviors, including decision-making, innovation, results orientation, collaboration, influencing, and building trust.
- Awareness of market trends and industry practices.
- Capability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
