The founding leadership brings over 60 years of combined experience in automation, panel manufacturing, power system design, and system integration.
Role Overview
This opening is for a Sales Engineer based in Surat, Gujarat, within the Sales & Marketing function. The position is suited to someone with 1-2 years of experience in electrical or industrial automation sales who can help expand business, engage prospects, and support the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement sales approaches that help the team meet and exceed revenue goals.
- Identify potential customers through expos, seminars, cold outreach, industrial directories, and social media.
- Track incoming leads, coordinate follow-ups, arrange client meetings, and present the company’s offerings.
- Work with the sales back-office team to prepare quotations and monitor them through submission.
- Develop long-term customer relationships, understand client requirements, and provide suitable guidance.
- Support timely delivery and payment follow-up to keep customer accounts on track.
- Take part in industry events, maintain activity records, look for new market opportunities, and contribute to business expansion.
Qualification and Experience
Candidates should hold a Diploma in any specialization. A B.E. in Electrical or Electronics is preferred, and an MBA will be an added advantage. The role requires 1-2 years of experience in the electrical or industrial automation field.
