Role Overview
Goodstart Early Learning is looking for an Educator to join its permanent full-time team at Goodstart Toowoomba - Healy Street in Westbrook, Queensland. The role is for 38 hours each week and offers pay in the range of $33.83 to $38.10 per hour, depending on experience and qualification, plus superannuation and additional benefits.
In this position, you will support children’s early learning and help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child can grow and feel supported. You will work closely with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to deliver and improve learning programs.
Centre Information
The centre at 8 Healy Street, Toowoomba 4350, QLD, has capacity for 74 children per day and includes five purpose-built rooms designed to support learning. It also has two large outdoor play areas that encourage movement, creativity, problem solving, and imaginative play. The centre runs an approved Kindergarten program with two on-site Early Childhood Teachers who support school readiness.
The team is culturally diverse, with educators who speak Mandarin, Hindi, English, Arabic, Gujarati, and Auslan. The leadership team has more than 35 years of combined experience, while the broader staff bring nearly 80 years of combined experience. Long-serving staff help create a stable, predictable, and secure atmosphere for children.
