Key Responsibilities

• Advise students and parents on opportunities for higher education abroad.
• Support applications for universities in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Ireland, and other destinations.
• Manage walk-in enquiries, incoming leads, phone calls, and systematic follow-ups.
• Help students with university shortlisting, application submission, and document preparation.
• Work closely with internal teams to track visa processing and admission progress.
• Meet monthly goals for enrollments and conversions.
