- 50% discount on food for you and your team.
- Structured development to prepare you for Assistant Manager responsibilities and further progression.
- Wellbeing assistance, access to a GP helpline, and hospitality-focused reward extras.
Key Duties
As Duty Manager, you will be the point person for the shift. You will hold keyholder responsibility, manage opening and closing, step in to lead the restaurant when the General Manager is absent, and help ensure guests receive the brand’s standard of hospitality. You will also handle operational tasks such as cashing up and maintaining compliance, while setting an example for the wider team.

You’ll need the confidence to guide a team through busy service periods, a dependable and upbeat approach, and a genuine interest in learning the operational side of restaurant management.
- Background in hospitality, preferably in a server or supervisory role.
- Ability to lead a team during fast-paced and busy shifts.
- Reliable, positive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn restaurant operations and leadership skills.
