- Work with senior executives and business leaders to make sure staffing choices support operating priorities, utilization targets, and employee development goals.
- Run staffing meetings, draft leadership updates, and keep clear records of staffing decisions, next steps, and action owners.
- Track resource availability, spot capacity risks early, and suggest staffing approaches that help the business stay on track.
- Coordinate project start-ups, cross-team handoffs, and staffing communications to keep delivery moving smoothly.
- Own staffing dashboards, reports, and workforce planning tools while maintaining accurate and consistent data.
- Partner with internal teams to refine staffing workflows, strengthen reporting, and improve automation where possible.
- Follow hiring progress, onboarding schedules, and development alignment to support longer-term workforce planning.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in staffing, resource management, capacity planning, or workforce operations, ideally within professional services or consulting.
- Strong analytical ability, including experience with utilization monitoring, headcount planning, capacity metrics, and operational KPI tracking.
- Demonstrated skill in building staffing recommendations that balance business goals with employee development needs.
- Experience presenting staffing insights, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior executives.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, along with the ability to handle complex stakeholder relationships.
- Strong organization, careful attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving setting.
- Experience improving processes, creating scalable workflows, and protecting data quality.
- Preferred familiarity with workforce or business systems such as Monday.com, NetSuite, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without present or future visa sponsorship.
- Must be available during Eastern Time business hours and willing to travel occasionally for team events.
Benefits
- Competitive compensation in the range of $70,000 to $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

- Comprehensive benefits package.
- Continuous training, mentoring, and professional development support.
- Opportunities for career progression and internal mobility.
- Collaborative, mission-focused culture centered on teamwork and ongoing improvement.
