Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery of several strategic projects and programs from start to finish.
• Create and roll out project governance structures, standards, and delivery practices.
• Work closely with executive leaders to ensure portfolio priorities support the wider business plan.
• Track progress, budgets, schedules, risk exposure, and team or resource deployment.
• Spot cross-project dependencies, manage risks, and remove delivery obstacles.
• Continuously improve project delivery methods and broader organizational practices.
• Guide, coach, and grow project managers and delivery personnel.
• Develop executive-facing updates, dashboards, business cases, and strategic summaries.
