Director - Education Strategy

Role Overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a seasoned leader to shape and execute the education strategy for the Qiddiya project. In this position, you will define the long-term vision, steer strategic planning, and build partnerships that strengthen the education ecosystem while supporting the wider goals of the development.

You will work closely with government bodies, educational institutions, and internal teams to design forward-looking education programs and the related infrastructure needed to address market needs and contribute to community development.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and continuously refine the city-level education strategy, including forecasting demand, estimating capacity needs, and planning the mix of assets required.
• Prepare detailed strategy briefs for individual assets that outline educational requirements, operating approaches, investment potential, and methods for selecting operators.
• Lead efforts to attract and appoint high-quality education operators.
• Identify and support private investment opportunities across the education portfolio.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government authorities, to support project delivery.
• Partner with development teams to ensure educational assets are aligned with operator expectations and functional requirements.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in education strategy, program development, or management consulting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience overseeing education projects and teams.
